The Company
Trek8848 was founded in 2006 when 2 friends, Kevin Vann (USA) and Rob Casserley (UK), who’d met whilst climbing Mount Everest in spring 2003, decided to share their unique experiences of the Khumbu Valley (Everest region) with trekkers who wanted to gain the true Everest experience. Combining their unique knowledge of the place, respect for the Sherpas, friendly style and experience at altitude, the trip was a massive success and they have continued to wow trekkers ever since.
